Two families from one church. Twelve months of exercises in radical faith — the Shane Claiborne or the Dorothy Day kind. One covenant to hold each other accountable and be each other’s biggest cheerleaders. Countless children (so it seems), dinners, diversions, and — occasionally — deep discernment (right before dishes).
That’s our year.
The Year of Small Things: Radical Faith for the Rest of Us (Brazos Press, 2017) is all those things. As we invite you to join our two families in small acts of radical faith, we pray you’d be challenged and encouraged. We pray you encounter God’s grace. And we hope the whole thing teaches you to laugh a little at yourself (we had to do a lot of that).
